Well, I took leftover Pasta salad with beans to the pool…but I think I left it in the fridge for to long. It tasted fermented. Bleh, I had 1 or two bites and threw it away. So my lunch ended up being:
- Kashi ‘Cherry Dark Chocolate’ Granola bar
- Raw broccoli
- Applesauce
I did about 45 minutes of breastroke. I feel pretty good except my face is super dry…must be a reaction to the chlorine or somethin’. Hmmmm…
Later, when we got home I had an Amy’s B-fast burrito. It has tofu, potatoes, tomatoes, and black beans. Yum! I also had baby carrots, almonds and peanuts….
